UNIT 211, SUMMER SANDS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1038, PAGE 486 THROUGH 528, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 169 THROUGH 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Andrew L. Denzer, McCalla Raymer, LLC, 225 E. Robinson St. Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 and file the original with the Clerk of the above- styled Court on or before 30 days from the first publication, otherwise a Judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
