NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 23, 2010, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-058199, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE LXS 2006-16N TRUSTFUND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER C. HAUCK; MADELINE HAUCK; MCREGOR WOODS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., acting solely as nominee for AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 44, UNIT 1, MCGREGOR WOODS, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 146 THROUGH 148, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
