NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001987-XX-CICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Adella L. Mocny , Richard Ashton, Tenant #1 N/K/A Lucy Colli, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, BLOCK 18, A REPLAT OF BLOCKS 14,15 AND 18, OF COLONIAL PARKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
