NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-004822-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Certificateholders of Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I LLC, Asset Backed-Certificates, Series 2006-HE3, Plaintiff and Roger Tellier and Joanne D. Tellier a/k/a Joanne Tellier, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on January 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 51, SEA RANCH ON THE GULF, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
