NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, entered in Case No. 2008-CA-024932-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Farrukh Siddiqui aka Farrukh R. Siddiqui; Samina Siddiqui aka Samina P. Siddiqui; Lake Sheen Reserve Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Countrywide Bank, N.A.; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 13th day of January, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, LAKE SHEEN RESERVE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 43, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
