NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-013254 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-10, is the Plaintiff and Ixio Nunez, Tenant #1 n/k/a Noel Pomales, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
