NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about November 14, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-020028 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wachovia Mortgage, FSB f/k/a World Savings Bank, FSB, is the Plaintiff and Michele L. Shofner, Household Finance Corporation, III, Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc., United States of America, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 51, BLOCK 1, TAMPA PALMS 2C UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66 ON PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
