NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated DEC 19 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-050544 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and LOUIS J. STRIANESE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 22, BLOCK 11, UNIT 3, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 252, PAGE 235, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
