NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008394, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and RICHARD F. GASPAR; JUDITH MARY GASPAR; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 120.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 180 FEET OF THE WEST 531.4 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, LESS THE NORTH 30 FEET FOR RIVERVIEW DRIVE, ALL IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 30, SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
