GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, is Plaintiff and ILIA Z. KOGAN, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at ht ILIA Z. KOGAN; VALERIA KOGAN A/K/A VALERIE L. KOGAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.tp://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 23rd day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 42, BLOCK 15, GRAND HAMPTON PHASE 1C-1/2A-1. AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 100, PAGE 245, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
