NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Judgment dated December 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-057571 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein US Bank National Association, as Trustee for the Banc of America Funding 2007-2, Plaintiff and Gerald Constant and Mireillie Constant a/k/a Mireille Constant, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 24, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 14, BLOCK 34, UNIT 5, LEHIGH ACRES, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 92, DEED BOOK 281, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
