NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order filed December 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-051740 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc. Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2007-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-AR4, Plaintiff and Reyna M. Sanchez De Ortiz a/k/a Reyna Sanchez De Ortiz a/k/a Reyna Sanchez Deortiz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on February 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
lot 20, BLOCK 44, UNIT 8, SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
