Notice is given that, pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No.: 09-CA-011938, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which Plaintiff is WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT1. and the Defendants are JEFFREY BROWN, DANICA BROWN, BUCKHORN GROVES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND SAND CANYON CORP., and other named defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell, the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash in an online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on January 28, 2014 the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
Lot 8, Block 3, Buckhorn Groves - Phase 1, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 88, Page 92, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Also known as: 2720 Villa Drive, Valrico, Florida 33594.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED IN THE BUSINESS OBSERVER ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, THE SECOND PUBLICATION BEING AT LEAST FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE SALE.
