NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of December 2013 and entered in Case No. 13-CC-012140 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT WESTWOOD LAKES, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation,, is the Plaintiff and ISAAC SOUTHERS, JR. and FELICIA R. SOUTHERS are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 31st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
