Begin 464.53 feet North and 1066.80 feet East of the Southwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 20, Township 26 South, Range 19 East; Run North 00 degrees 53'16' East, 90.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees 06'45' East, 120.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 53'16 West, 90.00 feet; thence 89 degrees 06'45' West, 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. ,
