VALLINI; ROBERTA LYNN PELTON VALLINI A/K/A ROBERTA VALLINI A/K/A ROBERTA L. VALLINI; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; WINDWARD WAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MIKE GAINES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A DAVID PALMGRIN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1102, BUILDING 1, OF WINDWARD WAY CONDOMINIUM, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1549, PAGE 1316, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO.
