Ferland, Scott R. Ferland, Allens Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Amy N. Ferland, The Unknown Spouse of Scott R. Ferland, Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 29th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 91, ALLEN'S RIDGE - UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGES 21-24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
