NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09022390CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and, HEFFNER, KAY, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17TH day of JANUARY, 2014, leasehold estate in the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
