NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 19 day of DEC, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2011-CA-054425, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ERNISTINE NICOLS STALLS JOSEPH BRADFORD PEAKS; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 21 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35 AND 36, BLOCK 3874 OF CAPE CORAL UNIT 53, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
