BRYAN A/K/A RILEY FINWAY BRYAN A/K/A RILEY BRYAN; GEICO GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY A/S/O JOANN ROLDAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT; PINELLAS COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A RITA QUARLES, and TENANT #2 N/K/A CARTER BRYAN are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/03/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
