NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 18 day of DEC, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-52218, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION, AS RECEIVER FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA F/K/A AMERICAN SAVINGS BANK, F.A. is the Plaintiff and CAPITAL ONE ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ARTHUR C. BEYER; and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 806, ROYAL HAWAIIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VII, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1541, PAGE 679, AS RE-RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1546, PAGE 2199, AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME ARE ESTABLISHED AND IDENTIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE PLANS ON FILE IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
