THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-6 is Plaintiff and FRANK HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK HERNANDEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 15 day of January, 2014, at:
