NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2007-CA-010012 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein OneWest Bank, FSB, Plaintiff and Jamie L. Krolick a/k/a Jamie Salcedo are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 2, GULF GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE 48 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
