NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 3, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-003720 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GTE Federal Credit Union, Plaintiff and Wayne Navarro are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 22, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 62, TOWNSEND'S SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
