NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 36-2012-CA-054997 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Mirta C. Puig, Rafael Puig, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Mirta C. Puig, The Unknown Spouse of Rafael Puig, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 23 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
