Major, Deceased, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on January 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Agreed Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 14, Block 5, GARDEN MANOR SECTION THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
