NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2013, and entered in 11-CA-55139 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL CURLEY; ELIZABETH CURLEY; TIMBER RIDGE NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; GATEWAY GREENS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 21, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 BLOCK B, TIMBER RIDGE COURT & CIRCLE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
