Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida the clerk will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:
From the Southwest corner of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 22 East, Hillsborough County, Florida, run East 147 feet; thence North 100 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence continue North 75 feet; thence West 147 feet; thence South 75 feet and thence East 147 feet to the Point of Beginning, less right of way for Shannon Avenue.
and commonly known as: 1204 North Shannon Avenue, Plant City, FL 33563, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on FEBRUARY 7, 2014 at 10:00 A.M., after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The judicial sale will be conducted electronically online at the following website: http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. The purchaser of the property shall be required to pay the electronic sales fee assess in accordance with section 45.035(3), Florida Statutes. The Clerk will not issue the Certificate of Title if the electronic sales fee is not paid.
