DEVER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAUL DEVER A/K/A PAUL H. DEVER; RIVERWALK COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A HARBOUR CAY are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on January 23, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 223 OF RIVERWALK COVE CONDOMINIUM F/K/A HARBOUR CAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 956, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
