RAPSON; JOHN A. SAUNDERS A/K/A JOHN ANDREW SAUNDERS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN A. SAUNDERS A/K/A JOHN ANDREW SAUNDERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A MITCH MOSKALY, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TRUDY MOSKALY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 02/10/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT D103 OF TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3721, PAGE 1331 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3732, PAGE 1268, AND CERTIFICATE OF SECOND AMENDMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3761, PAGE 1690 AND PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
