NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 16, 2013 and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-013712 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2006-WF2 is the Plaintiff and RAVI KUMAR, AS TRUSTEE OF THE NEW DELHI FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2009; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE NEW DELHI FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED JUNE 22, 2009; RAVI KUMAR; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAVI KUMAR N/K/A NIKITA KUMAR; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1 N/K/A VICKTORIA CHABALA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A PATRICIA CHABALA are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/15/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
