NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 12, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-015768-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU SERIES 2007-HE4 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and KEITH MEYERS A/K/A KEITH MYERS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 04 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF FLORIDA, TO WIT:THE SOUTHERLY 43 FEET OF LOT 20, LAKE HAMMER ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 86 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
