NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 20th day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-008967-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA19, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA19 is the Plaintiff and FELIX RAMIREZ, LEXINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 23rd day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 714, OF LEXINGTON PLACE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8687, PAGE 2025, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
