NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 21, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-014129-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as successor Trustee to Bank of America, N.A., as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N.A. as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the MLMI Trust, Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-WMC2 is the Plaintiff and Darrell S. Evans; Unknown Spouse of Darrell S. Evans; Contessa N. Harrell- Evans; One Thousand Oaks, Inc.; Unknown Tenant # 1; Unknown Tenant # 2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 948-B, ONE THOUSAND OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2380, PAGE 597, AND AS AMENDED BY AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OR BOOK 2477, PAGE 1726, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; OR BOOK 2595, PAGE 1484; OR BOOK 2604, PAGE 247; OR BOOK 2759, PAGE 561; OR BOOK 3100, PAGE 2808; OR BOOK 3103, PAGE 1006; OR BOOK 3193, PAGE 527 AND OR BOOK 3266, PAGE 1085, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
