NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 22, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-CA-002961-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Edgar O. Paez; Unknown Spouse of Edgar O. Paez; Eastwood Community Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 21st day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 109, SHERWOOD PHASE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
