and commonly known as: 8915 LATREC AVE UNIT 2-208, ORLANDO, FL 32819; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 27, 2014 at 11 AM.
