NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled case, number 2012-CA-16421 in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, that Colleen M. Reilly, Orange County Interim Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
Unit 186, Building 18, THE MANORS OF BRYN MAWR, PHASE 13, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3903, Page 4693, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and any amendments thereto.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at WWW.MYORANGECLERK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 a.m. on February 11, 2014.
