and commonly known as: 3502 WINDY WALK WAY APT 308, ORLANDO, FL 32837; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on January 29, 2014 at 11 AM.
