NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004546-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ARTHUR W. VERMEULEN, JR. A/K/A ARTHUR W. VERMEULEN, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., DELMA ANN VEMEULEN and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 27th day of January, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commence at the Northwest corner of said Lot 10; run thence 500 deg 09'31” W along the East Right-of Way line of Cloverlawn Avenue a distance of 103.00 feet for a point of beginning; thence run N 90 deg 00'00” E a distance of 115.00 feet; thence run S 00 deg 09'31”W a distance of ; thence run N 90 deg 00'00”E as distance of 45.00 feet; thence run S 00 deg 09'31”W a distance of 55.00 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 9; thence run S 90 deg 00'00” W along said South line of Lots 9 and 10 a distance of 160.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 10; thence run N 00 deg 09'31”E along said east Right-of-Way line a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
