NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed December 19 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-001251-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2005-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2005-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DEC 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and FRANCISCO AGUILAR; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCISCO AGUILAR; LUPE ESPINOZA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARMENT OF REVENUE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR ONEWEST BANK, FSB; MAINE AVENUE VILLAS HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 23 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50 AND THE WEST 1 FOOT OF LOT 51, MAINE AVENUE VILLAS WEST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 7 AND 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
