LIABILITY,
Petitioners.
Notice is given that the above named Petitioner has filed a Complaint, pursuant to 46 U.S.C. § 30501 et. seq., for exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims of damages or injuries, arising out of or occurring as result of an incident occurring on a 2005 Scout Motor Vessel with Hull ID No. SLPFE988L405, while it offshore of Brevard County, Florida on or about June 17, 2012, on the navigable waterways of the United States.
The beginning or prosecution of any and all suits, actions or legal proceedings of any nature or description whatsoever against Petitioner or the Vessel, or against any property of the Petitioner, except in this proceeding, in respect of any claims arising out of or consequent upon or connected with any loss, damage, death, injury or destruction resulting from the incident referred to in the Complaint be, and the same are hereby, stayed and restrained until the hearing and determination of this proceeding.
All persons having a claim for damage or injury must file their respective claims, as provided in Supplemental Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, on or before February 11, 2014, with:
