NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2013, entered in Case No. 2012-ca-002838 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA is the Plaintiff and Nebojsa Jovicic; JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank f/k/a Washington Mutual Bank, FA; Unknown Parties in Possession #1, If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Parties in Possession #2, If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 11 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 315, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 21, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 12A THRU 12G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
