NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 08-2012-CA-000460 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 27 day of January, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at website: https://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 788, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 2A THROUGH 2Z41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
