NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash at the Lobby 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on February 24, 2014, that certain real property situated in the County of Collier, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 45, Block 67, UNIT NO. 5 NAPLES PARK, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 14, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
