NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order ON Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated December 9, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 11-2009-CA-05639 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24 day of February, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF GULF SHORE BOULEVARD (110 FEET WIDE), WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 26, AS SHOWN ON A PLAT ENTITLED “PARK SHORE, UNIT NO. 5” AS FILED IN THE COLLIER COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 39; THENCE ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 26, SOUTH 71 DEGREES 30' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 167.21 TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 18 DEGREES 30' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 26.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 71 DEGREES 30' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 42.84 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 46 DEGREES 00' 00” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 73.22 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE NORTH 44 DEGREES 00' 00” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 38.00 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 46 DEGREES 00' 00” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 93.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
