NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Plaintiff s Verified Complaint dated October 1, 2013, (the “Judgment”), entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-002768 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which GREENCHOICE BANK, FSB is Plaintiff, and LEWIS BORSELLINO, an individual, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEWIS BORSELLINO, an individual, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, fictitious names representing parties in possession are Defendants.
The Clerk of Court will sell the Mortgaged Property, as defined in the Judgment and as set forth below, at public sale on January 29, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. to the “highest bidder” for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112-532 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
The following property located in Collier County, Florida, is the subject of this Notice of Sale:

Lot 3, Block 310, MARCO BEACH UNIT NINE, according to the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Pages 69 through 73, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
