NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-000493, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ROBERT BARTON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LEHMAN BROTHERS BANK, FSB; WENDY NOBLE-BARTON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY
are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 27 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK H, OF PALM RIVER ESTATES, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
