NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 18 day of December, 2013, and entered in Case No. 0906701CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAMES GREENBLATT A/K/A JAMES N. GREENBLATT LELY COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION CHARLENE D. GREENBLATT A/K/A CHARLENE GREENBLATT; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 19 day of February, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, LELY COUNTRY CLUB TANGLEWOOD II, AS FILED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 114 AND 115, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis PENDENS must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
