NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated OCTOBER 30, 2013, and entered in 2009-CA-002086 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-16CB, is the Plaintiff and MICHELE A. WANDERON; THOMAS WANDERON SR.; THOMAS WANDERON JR.; SUNTRUST BANK; RICHARD JONATHAN DAVIS AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ALMEDA M. LOSEE, DECEASED; RICHARD JONATHAN DAVIS; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS AND TRUSTEES OF ALMEDA M. LOSEE DECEASED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANT(S); R.H. DONNELLEY PUBLISHING & ADVERTISING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on February 27, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 108, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 33, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
