NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated December 12, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-006058, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-2 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff, and CHESTER JOSEPH HAMPTON, III, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHESTER JOSEPH HAMPTON, JR. AKA C. JOSEPH HAMPTON (DECEASED); TAMMY ALYCE DAWSON, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF CHESTER JOSEPH HAMPTON, JR. AKA C. JOSEPH HAMPTON (DECEASED); THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHESTER JOSEPH HAMPTON JR. AKA C. JOSEPH HAMPTON, (DECEASED); DEBORAH HAMPTON; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 23rd day of January, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH ½ OF LOT 17, LOT 18 AND THE N ½ OF LOT 19, BLOCK B, HIGHLAND PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 116, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
